Rise Together: A Monthly Woman's Circle
New For 2024.... I will be offering both an In-person and Virtual option this year in an effort to create community both near & far. Registration for this years circles opens December 15th. There are a limited amount of spaces, so register early to reserve yours.
Through the ages woman have gathered together in sacred circles to bear witness to one another & honor each others gifts. These circles will be a powerful place for healing & transformation as we come together to develop deeper connections with ourselves & with one another. Together we will step out of our everyday lives and into sacred space to share our deep inner wisdom & develop our intuition.

Dreams & Visions: A Cacao Ceremony to Celebrate The New Year January 2024
Join me Saturday January 20th in celebrating the New Year & New Beginnings with a heart opening ceremonial Cacao ceremony. Cacao is an ancestral tree, indigenous to the Amazon region of Latin America, with ceremonial use dating back to the Mayans. Connecting with the physical and energetic properties of this sacred plant can assist you in opening your heart, tapping into your creative center, and the deepening of your connection to the divine. We will come together in sacred space to connect with our hearts desires and to cultivate self love, community, and embody joy and gratitude. Community Supported Herbalism Shares for the 2024 Season
Ancient Traditions Healing & Spirit Bird Herbals will be offering boxes of Handcrafted Natural Remedies & Herbal products again for the 2022 season. Community Supported Herbalism or CSH is built upon the Community Supported Agriculture model. The idea is that if a group of people come together to support an herbalist in growing herbs then we can create a living apothecary here in Cook County, MN. CSH projects like ours connect people directly with the source of their herbal remedies and the person who grows, harvest & makes them. Ancient Traditions CSH provides sustainable, locally produced plant medicines made with intention by a knowledgable Master Herbalist & always include lots of love & respect for the plants & the earth. All products are handcrafted with herbs that we grow, are sustainably wild harvested locally, or from a trusted ethically grown source, with a focus on using as many locally-sourced herbs as possible. With each box you will receive 6-7 products…… these may include seasonal tea blends, tinctures, salves for common ailments, botanical sprays, fresh or dried herbs, infused honey or vinegars, or other herbal goodies. All boxes will include an herbal information sheet with information on each product and how to use it. The CSH will be limited to 30 shares for the 2024 season, if you would like to support grassroots herbalism in Cook County consider joining the Spirit Bird Herbals CSH. Shares make a wonderful gift for yourself (or a loved one)with products to nourish your well being in each box.
2024 Boxes will be distributed in Spring/May, Summer/July,Fall/September, Winter/November.
Contribution for shares for the 2022 season is $250 for a full share (4 Boxes) or seasonal boxes can be purchased individually for $70 each.

Online Spring Community Cleanse May 2024
Nourish yourself, clear your mind, and make self-care a priority....all with the support of a nurturing community! You are invited to come together with fellow community members and explore several different cleansing & detoxifying methods in order create an individualized plan that is right for you. I will offer guidance and support throughout the cleanse as well as several weekly offerings including gentle detoxifying yoga practices, breath work & meditation videos to support you along your journey. A fun way to connect with other community members looking to enhance their state of well-being and push the seasonal "reset" button. Contribution for the 2 hour informational meeting, 1:1 cleanse planning session, video offerings and online support & guidance over the 12 day cleanse is $165.00. (Cost of food, herbal supplements, or any optional items you choose to support you on your journey will be additional.) Usui Reiki l & ll Training July 2024
Reiki is a very simple, yet powerful technique that can be learned by anyone. Whether you are learning Reiki for personal growth and transformation or to share with others , this Reiki I & II training is a fabulous introduction to energy medicine. We will learn the history, benefits, use, and traditional hand placements of Usui Reiki. During this class you will become attuned to the Reiki energy, enabling you to do self-treatments, and facilitate healing for others. There will be opportunities during class to both give and recieve treatments to become better acquainted with the energy as well as time to reflect and share about your experiences. Tune in to your highest self and reveal more about your true nature. Provide yourself with the tools that can assist you in harmonizing your body-mind-spirit connection. Healing Plants of The North Shore
There are healing plants everywhere you turn, in this weekend workshop we will explore some of the medicinal plants in your own backyard. We will learn to identify these local allies, how to harvest sustainably, drying and storage methods, and make an array of herbal preparations to take home with you. Stock your herbal pantry with locally grown handcrafted goodies in this fun information filled weekend. Contribution for this two day course is $195.00 (which includes a $45 materials fee).
