Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle, mat, and blanket if you have them. We do have some mats and blankets available. Class size is limited at some locations, to reserve you spot go to the book online page and sign up for your desired class. ( Yoga classes are at the bottom) Payment for yoga classes can be made ahead of time by Paypal (bridgebetweentwoworlds@gmail.com), Venmo (@brigette-nies) or in cash in person.
