Community Supported  Herbalism or CSH is built upon the Community Supported Agriculture model. The idea is that if a group of people come together to support an herbalist in growing herbs then we can create a living apothecary here in Cook County, MN.  CSH projects like ours connect people 
directly with the source of their herbal remedies and the person who grows, harvest & makes them.
 
Ancient Traditions CSH provides sustainable, locally produced plant medicines made with intention by a knowledgable Master Herbalist & always include lots of love & respect for the plants & the earth. All products are handcrafted with herbs that we grow, are sustainably wild harvested locally, or from a trusted ethically grown source, with a focus on using as many locally-sourced herbs as possible. With each box you will receive 6-7 products…… these may include seasonal tea blends, tinctures,  salves for common ailments,  botanical sprays, fresh or dried herbs, infused honey or vinegars, or other herbal goodies. All boxes will include an herbal information sheet with information on each product and how to use it.
